Conflicts of various origins can place a heavy strain on both the progress and the collaboration of individuals in an academic setting. Successfully de-escalating these conflicts requires a fundamental understanding of their causes and forms. The continuing education course “’It’s About to Explode!’—Recognizing and Resolving Conflicts in Teaching” addresses this key topic, focusing on conflict resolution in lectures, seminars, and counseling sessions. Participants are encouraged to share their own experiences.
