A warm home and a comfortably heated workplace are basic needs in our society. The consequences of the war in Ukraine have called this given into question: Both the availability and the affordability of a warm indoor environment are no longer considered certain for the coming winter.
How can research help address this issue? Can it even be part of the solution (in the short, foreseeable future)?
Methods and ideas for (alternative) heat supply will be presented at the event—we expect experts from our university as well as partners from industry and society to attend. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to share your ideas and questions—whether in an open discussion following the “fishbowl” format or during the informal get-together at the end of the event. We’ll have more information available for you during this session, along with light refreshments and a poster presentation in the foyer.
