Electricity prices, e-scooters and e-fleets

The second electric mobility get-together focused on current and future applications.

All those present at the first e-mobility get-together on September 30 agreed that the meeting should be held regularly every two months. Unfortunately, the known circumstances did not allow us to meet directly at the e-car or the charging station on December 9. However, as there were also some people who wanted to meet via video conference, the regulars' table fortunately did take place.

After a short round of introductions, to which we were able to welcome new faces, the conversation quickly got going. We would like to make the regulars' table even better known and have considered who might be interested in the topic of e-mobility and who might be "affected" in the future. We are not only thinking of private individuals, but also, for example, the fire departments or tourism professionals in the region. The Stammtisch welcomes all interested parties.

There was the obligatory extensive exchange on news from science, politics, the funding landscape, the press and the Internet, including on the topics of: Electricity prices, saena, seedandgreet, the German grid, battery swap systems, e-scooters from Görlitz, Nextmove and much more.

A discussion about the possible increased use of e-cars in fleets, e.g. by the police, was followed by a lively discussion about how and where e-mobility can be made more visible here locally and how information about it can be provided. The ideas that have already been collected in this regard are to be further developed in subsequent meetings.

See you again!

Everyone who already drives an electric car, is involved in research or is interested in electromobility is invited to the next regulars' table.

This includes, for example:

  • Fleet operators
  • car dealerships
  • or potential charging station owners.

The exact date in the second half of February will be announced shortly and can be found in the HSZG events section.

The regulars' table was organized as part of the Saxony5 transfer project.
