On June 5, we celebrated 50 years of the University of Engineering with a subsequent campus party on the Zittau campus.
Thank you for coming in such large numbers to the big anniversary celebration on June 5, followed by a campus party, and for celebrating with us. Thanks to all the helpers, without whom this day would not have been possible. Thank you to all of our co-thinkers and lateral thinkers for their ideas and inspiration, and to all of the students who spontaneously volunteered to set up and dismantle beer tables before and after the party. To the great team from Technical Administration, who, among many other things, also transported two-meter tall palm trees from House ZII to the campus. Thanks also go to all the staff from the faculties and projects. The stands for their varied culinary offerings, storm events for the stage (one employee even kept watch for a whole night), our photographers and filmmakers, our artists, who gave this day the atmosphere of a big peaceful family festival with very good music.
