Raj Kollmorgen is Prorector for Research and a professor in the degree programme for management of social change at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences. His research focuses, among other things, on social change in eastern Germany, post-socialist transformations in Eastern Europe, and German reunification. As an expert in these fields, the Görlitz-based social scientist is a sought-after guest on political talk shows and panel discussions.
