The main building of the HSZG - the former Höhere Webschule - opens its doors.
Assuming stones could speak, what stories would House ZI - the parent building of today's Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences - tell us? Perhaps one from the past, that of its construction in 1898, or one from the present, that of its reconstruction. Since stones don't talk, we'll take it from 1898 to the present day. From the history of the building's construction to the challenge of reconstruction and the demands of modern studies today. House ZI: a stone witness to the history of education.
