Advisory Services for Students
The 'Studentenwerk' (student union) supports students by offering a variety of advisory services.
Starting January 9, students can receive legal advice every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the 'Studentenwerk' (student union) office in Zittau, located in the student canteen building at Hochwaldstraße 12, 02763 Zittau. We offer expert legal advice—included in your Studentenwerk membership fee—within the scope of our responsibilities and jurisdiction as defined in Section 109 of the Saxon Higher Education Freedom Act. This includes:
- Higher education law
- Tenancy law
- BAföG (German financial aid for students)
- Civil law
- Labor law
- Anti-Discrimination
