The aftermovie of the 2nd StrukturWANDEL conference is now available online!

The „Bündnis Gleichstellung Lausitz!“ (Lusatia Equality Alliance) hosted the 2nd StrukturWANDELkonferenz, which focused on the societal goal of gender-equitable structural change in Lusatia. Impressions and highlights from this forward-looking event are now available online in the aftermovie.
The conference served as a platform for exchange and networking among various stakeholders and strengthened their visibility in the process of structural change. With support from the TRAWOS Institute at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences, gender equality measures were developed and concrete steps for implementation were worked out. In addition, valuable support was mobilized at the state, federal and EU levels.
The aftermovie offers insights into the conference and encourages people to actively participate in the process of structural change in Lusatia and to help shape the joint commitment to a more just future.
