Saxon graduate survey takes off
Our university collects feedback from its graduates.
A large number of graduates from the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences who completed their final exams in 2015 and 2016 received an invitation as early as late summer of last year from the Center of Excellence for Education and Higher Education Research (KfBH) at the Technical University of Dresden to participate in the Third Saxon Graduate Study. Graduates of Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences who could not be reached by mail last year—for example, due to a move—are currently receiving their invitation letters from the Competence Center.
The main topics of the online graduate survey include, in particular, a retrospective evaluation of their studies, the transition from the university to the workforce, and employment after graduation. In this way, Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences gathers important information for the further development of its degree programmes. This systematic survey across all Saxon universities also allows for a comprehensive overview of the situation of university graduates in Saxony.
Rector Friedrich Albrecht and the entire university cordially ask all graduates who have received an invitation letter to participate.
The survey and its analysis are funded by the Saxon State Ministry of Science and the Arts (SMWK).
