Nordakademie Foundation offers funding opportunities

In just a few years, NORDAKADEMIE University of Applied Sciences in Elmshorn-Hamburg has achieved a special position among the 450 universities in the German higher education landscape. Specializing in economics and industrial engineering, it has been at the top of the CHE university rankings for years with its more than 2,000 students. It is one of the first German universities to be system-accredited.

The MBA course was awarded the FIBAA premium seal in 2008. Professor Clemens Renker has been teaching the modules "Sales & Services" and "Marketing in SMEs" as a guest professor on the MBA course at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences since 2002. Professor Renker has now been appointed to the NORDAKADEMIE Foundation Board by the university's management and decision-making bodies. The founding rector and current chairman of the board of NORDAKADEMIE, Prof. Dr. Georg Plate, has once again established an innovation for his university with the establishment of the NORDAKADEMIE Foundation. This foundation is a unique platform for promoting science and research, education and training as well as art and culture, concerts and open-air festivals in a particularly targeted manner with international appeal.

Answers to current challenges can be found in research projects, symposia, congresses and conferences: Education and research, digitalization and globalization, transformation of the economy, society and companies, energy and climate policy, Industry 4.0 or European and global integration.

This non-profit NORDAKADEMIE Foundation can also act as a third-party funding provider for relevant practical projects and research by professors and cooperative doctoral students at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences. Funding is provided for personnel and material costs.
