Get closer to your dream job!

Big money awaits on the stock market. Or so they say. On our job board “WANTED!”, however , employers are offering jobs, work-study positions, internships, and thesis topics that are just waiting for you to take advantage of them. Among them are companies known regionally, nationally, and internationally, such as digades, fit, ENSO, Bosch, Birkenstock, and Škoda. On Wednesday, November 23, 2016, they will be presenting themselves to interested visitors from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., as is tradition , on the Zittau Campus in the Peter-Dierich-Building (Building Z IV).

In addition to the fair itself, the Career Services team has organized an extensive supporting program:

• a free resume photo session hosted by AOK PLUS
• Resume review
• Career counseling from the Federal Employment Agency
• Various workshops

This also includes, for the first time, a workshop on trade show etiquette. However, this workshop will take place two days before the fair so that participants still have enough time to put the tips and tricks they’ve learned into practice. Who knows—maybe one or two people might need to give their trade show wardrobe a little refresh?!

The organizers have also come up with something for those little hunger pangs in between. As Goethe once said: “Once you have eaten and drunk, you are as good as new; you are stronger, braver, and more adept at your business.” So, the fastest among you will receive a free hot dog at the catering stand (while supplies last). Vouchers can be found on the back of the exhibitor directory and must be presented to the catering staff.

The brochure also lists all participating companies, including their industries, fields of expertise, contact persons, and more. This allows you to get an overview in advance and better plan your visit to the trade show—or get in touch with the participating companies again later.
