On November 29, 2017, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the WANTED! job fair will take place at Building Z IV in Zittau, where we expect companies from the following industries to participate: Automotive; energy, finance, engineering, human resources, and technical services; electrical engineering and semiconductors; energy economics; real estate; child and youth welfare; the consumer goods industry; health insurance; mechanical and plant engineering; software and systems development; and textiles. So there’s something for students from every faculty.

The highlight is the keynote address by Robert Körner, a body language expert well-known from various media outlets. Following the opening of the fair by our Rector, Prof. Friedrich Albrecht, the certified educator will speak at approximately 10 a.m. on the topic of body language and starting a career. Mr. Körner believes that body language is the visible tip of the iceberg of one’s inner attitude. Nothing reveals what is going on inside a person more clearly than facial expressions and gestures.

In his engaging presentation, he vividly and entertainingly demonstrates what to look out for in the future in order to come across as convincing. This insight is certainly instructive not only for students and future graduates, but also for all faculty members who interact with numerous students on a daily basis.
