It is still possible to apply! We would like to remind you once again that for the 2017/2018 academic year, a large number of previous sponsors have also pledged to support students at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences by co-financing one or moreGermany Scholarshipshas declared.

Students at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences can still apply for the expected 12 Germany Scholarships in writing (not by email) by July 30, 2017 (postmark) , enclosing the following application documents to the Rector, Prof. Dr. phil. Friedrich Albrecht, Theodor-Körner-Allee 16, 02763 Zittau, Germany:

1. a letter of motivation of no more than two pages
2. a curriculum vitae in tabular form
3. the certificate of university entrance qualification; in the case of foreign certificates, a translation into the German system and conversion into the German grading system
4. if applicable, proof of a special qualification that entitles the applicant to study in the respective degree program at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences
5. for applicants for a place on a Master's degree program, the certificate of a first university degree and, if applicable, further transcripts of records in accordance with the admission and selection regulations for the Master's degree program
6. Proof of previous academic achievements, if applicable
7. If applicable, internship and work references as well as proof of special awards and prizes, other knowledge and other commitments

If the application documents are not written in German or English, an officially certified translation into German must be enclosed.

Applications must be submitted for the degree program in which enrollment has taken place or has been applied for.

Submission of the application is possible at the Rector's Office (Building Z I, Room 1.56).

The regular approval period covers one academic year (01.09.2017 - 31.08.2018). The monthly funding amount is €300.

Applications that are not submitted on time and in the correct form will not be considered in the selection process. The basis for the application is the regulations on the awarding of Deutschlandstipendien dated June 28, 2011.
