What do good academic achievements in combination with social commitment, active participation in internal university committees, successfully overcoming obstacles in your life to date or even awards for special talents have in common? - The prospect of a Deutschlandstipendium scholarship at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences.
The scholarship program supports talented and committed students from all fields of study with 300 euros per month. In addition to good academic performance, the willingness to take on responsibility or overcoming personal hurdles, i.e. the applicant's personality, also plays an important role in the awarding process.
Anyone who is enrolled at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences or is applying for a place at university is eligible for funding.
Those interested can apply online for a Deutschlandstipendium at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences until August 16, 2020.

The scholarship includes a monthly grant of 300 euros for a full academic year and is jointly financed by sponsors (companies, foundations, associations and private individuals) and the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
It is paid directly to the scholarship holders by the universities. The funding is awarded irrespective of income and can also be received in addition to BAföG. The regular approval period covers one academic year (01.09.2020 - 31.08.2021).
