The longer the hair, the sleeker the ideas

Just like our hair, our studies have changed and evolved to a large extent in recent weeks. We have become accustomed to virtual lectures and collaborative workshops. But what do we do with the field research in our "Product Management" module? We do that virtually too! And for this we need you and your opinion. 

Thinking of better times now: design thinking for the Bautzen Wenzelsmakt

As part of a design thinking workshop, we are developing product ideas in four teams for exciting offers on the ice rink at the Wenzelsmarkt in Bautzen. To encourage you to take part, we'll show you four ways to survive the home office period. Discover short stories from our lives while studying at the Faculty of Management and Cultural Sciences in Görlitz. Then answer our short survey and help us with our research work. 

We, students on the Master's degree program in International Tourism, are sweetening your time at home.  At the moment we are just like you, sitting at home, trying to enjoy the nice weather from indoors and still complete our modules as best we can. In the coming days, we'll be reporting live on the university's Instagram channel about our lives in the current isolation and sweeten your day a little. - #togetherAlone #westayathome

Each team has designed surveys that will also be shared on the HSZG's Instagram channel over the course of the current week. There we also show you four ways to survive the home office:

1.     "Allotment gardens against boredom"

2.     "With level and enjoyment through isolation"

3.     "Social media and body detox"

4.     "Maintaining social contacts despite social distancing"
