Attention amateur filmmakers!

The HSZG’s Public Relations Office is looking for student amateur filmmakers to help raise awareness of the university in the age of moving images.

Do you enjoy studying at HSZG, appreciate the close guidance from faculty, or value the balance between your studies and leisure activities? Do you also think the region around Zittau and Görlitz is worth seeing?

Then give prospective students, freshmen, alumni, and anyone else interested the chance to see the everyday life of an HSZG student through your eyes by capturing your impressions on cell phone videos (landscape orientation, max. 2 gigabytes).

Whether it’s having lunch with classmates in the student canteen, conducting experiments and working on projects in the lab, a weekend party with roommates, a study group meeting, field trips, or heading into the lecture hall—help convey what it’s like to study at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences.

We’ll be giving away three surprise goodie bags in a drawing among all submissions received by July 31, 2017 !

One last information:

Your submissions don’t always have to be “polished” Oscar-worthy short films. If you send us your story in separate videos, the staff at the Public Relations Office can help you edit them. To do this, please use the comment field in the upload area (see link above) to provide your details, brief descriptions of the footage, etc., and upload each video separately.

Of course, all members of the university community are also cordially invited to submit their personal impressions of HSZG as videos.
