Large canteen survey launched in 2019

Studentenwerk Dresden is currently conducting the 9th online survey on customer satisfaction in the canteens.

The canteens can be rated according to 14 criteria, such as

• Price-performance ratio,
• food quality,
• waiting times,
• sustainability,
• friendliness of the staff,

are evaluated.

You will also be asked which canteens are visited how often and at what times.

The more feedback Studentenwerk Dresden receives, the better. Your feedback will enable us to better evaluate what you like and where changes need to be made. Studentenwerk Dresden wants to further improve its offer and service so that you too can say: I'd rather go to the canteen every day!

Your opinion is important! By taking part in the survey, you can help to further improve the offer and service in the canteens.

The Studentenwerk Dresden hopes for a lively participation at all study locations in Dresden, Tharandt, Görlitz, Zittau, Bautzen and Rothenburg.

The survey will run until July 6, 2019.
