Large canteen survey launched in 2019

The 'Studentenwerk' (student union) in Dresden is currently conducting its 9th online survey on customer satisfaction at the student canteens.

The canteens can be rated based on 14 criteria, such as

• value for money,
• food quality,
• wait times,
• sustainability,
• friendliness of the staff,

are evaluated.

We’re also asking which

student

canteens you visit, how often, and at what times.

The more responses the 'Studentenwerk' receives, the better. Your feedback helps us better assess what is good for you and where changes are still needed. The 'Studentenwerk' (student union) wants to further improve its offerings and services so that you, too, can say—ideally every day—that you’d rather go to

The Dresden Studentenwerk hopes for active participation at all campuses in Dresden, Tharandt, Görlitz, Zittau, Bautzen, and Rothenburg.
