Fascination Travel on Deutschlandfunk

Prof. Dr. Martina Zschocke from the Faculty of Managerial and Cultural Studies as a guest on Deutschlandfunk.

Last Friday, Prof. Dr. Martina Zschocke, Prof. Dr. Dirk Reiser (Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences), Lena Klemm and Tobias Seiderer were invited as experts on the topic of the fascination of travel on the Deutschlandfunk radio program "Lebenszeit". Why do we have to travel far and wide to perceive and appreciate these everyday wonders of nature? What are we actually looking for and what do we find in foreign lands? The world or simply a more attentive, more relaxed self? And when we return from the great adventure, are we still the same?
