An exciting insight into production

Together with students and faculty members from the Faculty of Business Administration and Engineering Management, we had the opportunity to get to know FIT GmbH in Hirschfelde better during a company tour.

The visit began in the administrative building with a detailed presentation of the company. During the presentation, we gained fascinating insights into the company’s history as well as its impressive range of products. As a nice gesture, each participant received a small gift.

This was followed by a tour of the production facilities. It was particularly impressive to see that the plastic packaging is manufactured right on the Hirschfelde site—an interesting fact that many participants were not aware of beforehand.

We then visited the filling, packaging, and warehouse areas. The size of the production halls and the high degree of automation achieved through modern machinery left a lasting impression on everyone.
