Getting started in systemic consulting

Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences is proud to announce the successful degree we awarded in Systemic Work in Child and Youth Welfare—Systemic Counselor for Educational Support. Our more than 30 participants have expanded their knowledge and skills in these areas and are now well-prepared to successfully launch their careers in the exciting world of systemic counseling.

Renowned Partners and First-Class Training

Our courses in systemic training were and continue to be organized in close collaboration with various instructors and under the expert guidance of Rita and Matthias Freitag (Institute for Systemic Work and Learning (ISA), Chemnitz) . As a result, our participants had the unique opportunity to benefit from a rich and diverse wealth of experience, learn the fundamentals of systemic theory, and experience high-quality content and a practice-oriented approach.

Seventeen participants successfully completed the advanced training program to become systemic consultants (DGsP) and now possess a deep understanding of the systemic perspective. Thanks to the intensive two-stage training program, they are now able to analyze complex problems in various contexts and develop innovative solutions. This in-depth knowledge qualifies them for successful careers as systemic consultants in the fields of education, social work, human resources development, and organizational consulting.
