The Rectorate of the HSZG wishes you a Merry Christmas with a video Christmas greeting from the Rector.
Another eventful year is coming to an end at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences.
In his Christmas greetings, the Rector, Prof. Alexander Kratzsch, addresses students, staff, professors and all members of the university and looks back on the highlights, challenges and formative events of 2022.
The introduction of the semester ticket, the great interest in the live-streamed Senate meetings, the joy of the social interaction that was sorely missed and has now been regained - the past year has also shown that the university is characterized by a strong sense of togetherness and mutual openness towards one another.
The Rector would like to expressly thank all those who have contributed their ideas, their time and their commitment to advancing the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences. The HSZG will continue to make its contribution to regional development in the new year and has set itself ambitious goals by initiating discussions about its future: Who are we and in which direction do we want to move? These questions will dominate the new year and guide the university in this decade.
On behalf of the Rectorate, the Rector wishes everyone a Merry Christmas and time and inspiration to gather strength for 2023.
