The new EINBLICK is here!

The latest issue of the university magazine EINBLICK features the cover story “Healthy Culture,” providing information about Health Management at the HSZG. After all, the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences is an employer that prioritizes the health of its employees. And to show exactly what that looks like in practice, the current issue of *EINBLICK* features both short and long articles and pieces on the topic.

For example, there are tips on stress relief from yoga master and naturopath Dr. Subodh, as well as a detachable poster for back exercises in the workplace. How to balance work and personal life, simply get started, and get creative—especially as a way to unwind from work. How the HSZG is researching the use of assistive technologies for older adults. And how neuropsychologist Gerald Hüther is focusing on the youngest members of our society.
