A colorful buffet of different dishes was served at the International Coffee Hour on 4.12.2019.
On Wednesday, December 4, 2019, the International Dinner, highlight of the International Coffee Hour, took place again in the DeZi-Bar.
A rich and varied buffet was created with various delicacies from different countries.
At this event, many students from different nations prepared typical dishes from their home countries and were able to feast their way around the world. The buffet was extraordinarily colorful with a wide variety of dishes: Fish grilled according to a Malaysian recipe, rice with vegetables and chicken from Syria, fried noodles from Vietnam, special sweets from Peru and the USA as well as many other interesting dishes. There was also plenty of choice for vegetarians and vegans at the buffet, such as fatah from Palestine and Jordan or potato salads from Germany.
We would like to thank all the students who took the trouble to make the buffet so wonderful and pretty. Every dish enriched this dinner.
The next and last event of our International Coffee Hour for this semester, the Game Challenge, will take place on 08.01.2020. Get ready for it! Many exciting challenges await you and your team.
Of course, there will also be an award ceremony at the end with prizes for the winners.
