Cooperation agreement signed for collaboration in the field of mechatronics.
The Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences (HSZG) and the Technical University in Liberec have signed a cooperation agreement for collaboration in the field of mechatronics. This puts the teaching activities that have existed since 2007 in the joint three-semester Master's degree course in Mechatronics on a new contractual footing.
The Faculty of Mechatronics, Computer Science and Interdisciplinarity at the Technical University of Liberec and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the HSZG are jointly responsible for the provision and quality of teaching on this course. Both faculties have also undertaken to continuously evaluate the quality of teaching and to address current issues.
The rector of the TU Liberec, doc. RNDr. Miroslav Brzezina, CSc. and the Dean of the Faculty of Mechatronics, Computer Science and Interdisciplinarity, Prof. Ing. Zdeněk Plíva, took advantage of their stay at the HSZG to visit the faculty's laboratories at the university site in Zittau at the invitation of the Dean of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Prof. Dr. Klaus-Dieter Haim.
