Exhibition "Cultures of responsibility"

The Förderverein Kulturstadt Görlitz-Zgorzelec e.V. is currently presenting the exhibition series “Cultures of Responsibility” in the foyer of the Peter-Dierich-Building lecture hall (Z IV) on Zittauer Stadtring, Theodor-Körner-Allee 8.

On display is a documentary about people who, during the Nazi era, risked—and in some cases lost—their lives to save their Jewish fellow citizens. The exhibition, featuring approximately 50 biographies, is presented in three languages (German, Polish, and English). The exhibition runs through February 5, 2016. The building is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
