All approvals sent out

“All admission notifications for a place at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences have been sent to the applicants,” says Dr. Stefan Kühne, Head of Division of Academic Administration. For degree programmes with restricted admission (numerus clausus), applicants must confirm acceptance of a place at university by Thursday, August 25, 2016, at the latest. If an applicant has not done so, a place at university will be reassigned. This means that for all those who have now received a rejection, there may still be a chance to be considered in the waitlist process.

This does not apply to so-called open degree programmes, such as Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, energy and environmental engineering, Automation and Mechatronics, Electrical Power Systems, Economics and Languages, Molecular Biotechnology, Housing and Real Estate Management, Engineering Management, Chemistry, or Economics and Computer Science. By the way— the engineering degree programmes have been completely redesigned and adapted to meet modern industry requirements. For the open degree programmes, you can still submit an application for a place at university by October 7, 2016, at the latest, as the demand for qualified graduates remains strong.

It’s always worth contacting the University’s Student Advisory Service.
