The HSZG is conducting a usability test of the online game ... for the purpose of determining user-friendliness and identifying weaknesses in the software. The findings and user criticisms are incorporated into the further development and improvement of the software.
The actions performed by the participants in the usability test to operate the software and their verbal and written answers to questions regarding their user experience constitute personal data that are processed by the HSZG as part of the student's final thesis. The following categories of personal data are processed for the aforementioned purposes.
The processing of personal data from the usability tests is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of unrestricted and informed consent .
The HSCG only discloses personal data to the following internal recipients for the purposes of this processing activity:
The HSCG does not transfer personal data to a third country or an international organization.
Without prejudice to your right to erasure(Art. 17 GDPR), the data will be stored for the duration of the fulfillment of their collection purposes until the successful defense of the thesis, in which they are included anonymously.

The provision of personal data is not required by law or contract in accordance with Art. 13 (2) lit. e GDPR.
