The HSZG is conducting a usability test of the employee management software as part of a student's final thesis to determine its intuitive usability in terms of menu navigation. The findings and user criticisms are incorporated into improving the user-friendliness of the app.
The answers given by the participants of the usability test to questions regarding their user experience constitute personal data that are processed by the HSZG in the context of the preparation of the thesis. The following categories of personal data are processed for the aforementioned purposes.
The processing of personal data from the usability tests is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of unrestricted and informed consent .
The HSCG only discloses personal data to the following internal recipients for the purposes of this processing activity:
The HSCG does not transfer personal data to a third country or an international organization.
The research results, which have been made anonymous and cannot be traced back to an individual, are included in a thesis and are disclosed to the following recipients together with the thesis.
Without prejudice to your right to erasure(Art. 17 GDPR), the data will be stored for the duration of the fulfillment of the purposes for which it was collected.
