Nature and purpose of data processing

The processing serves to encrypt personal data before it is entered into the AI models.

The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e, para. 2 and 3 b GDPR in conjunction with Art. 15 para. 4 SächsHSG, §§ 15 and 3 para. 9 HSZGDatVO.

Recipients

Your data may be passed on to the following recipients:

  • internally: Hawki.HSZG
  • externally: AI models (including ChatGPT, Gemini)

Storage duration

  • All uploaded content is automatically deleted after six months at the latest, unless it is deleted manually beforehand.
  • The platform thus follows the principle of data minimization in accordance with the GDPR.

Rights of data subjects

As a person affected by the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights if the legal requirements are met.

  • You have the right to information about the processing of your personal data(Art. 15 GDPR).
  • You have the right to rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you(Art. 16 GDPR)
