Every day, small business owners in the skilled trades face decisions—some small, others with far-reaching consequences.
Whether it’s pricing, personnel issues, or investments, every decision affects a business’s success. But how can you keep track of everything and make the right choice, even under time pressure?
This is exactly where our interactive workshop “Making Better Decisions in a Skilled Trades Business” comes in. In cooperation with the Dresden Chamber of Skilled Trades (HWK), you’ll experience in a realistic simulation how different decisions affect your business—in a practical, risk-free way that yields real insights.
What to expect:
- Realistic simulation: Run a fictional skilled trades business and make decisions about purchasing, pricing, staffing, and investments.
- Immediate feedback: See right away what impact your decisions have.
- Mistakes are allowed: Test different strategies—without risk, but with great learning potential.
