Workshop: Understanding entrepreneurship through play - Shape the future of your company!
In the two-day workshop in cooperation with the Dresden Chamber of Crafts, you have the opportunity to try out decisions in companies - without any risk. In an interactive business game, you take over the management of a company and experience directly how your decisions affect the business.

Every day, small business owners in the skilled trades face decisions—some small, others with far-reaching consequences.
Whether it’s pricing, personnel issues, or investments: every decision influences the success of a business. But how can you maintain a clear overview and make the right choice, even under time pressure?
This is exactly where our interactive workshop “Making Better Decisions in Your Skilled Trades Business” comes in. In cooperation with the Dresden Chamber of Skilled Trades (HWK), you’ll experience in a realistic simulation how different decisions affect your business—in a practical, risk-free way that yields real insights.
What to expect:
- Realistic simulation: Run a fictional skilled trades business and make decisions regarding purchasing, pricing, staffing, and investments.
- Immediate feedback: See right away what impact your decisions have.
- Mistakes are allowed: Test different strategies—without risk, but with significant learning benefits.
Why it’s worth participating:
- You’ll gain a good understanding of how your business functions as a whole.
- You’ll practice making decisions more clearly and confidently.
- You’ll gain new perspectives on Corporate Management
