Business idea development workshop

Business idea development with design thinking: How do I find a business idea that works?

Begin 21. November 2024 - 14:00 Uhr
End 22. November 2024 - 20:00 Uhr

"If I have an hour to solve a problem, I spend 55 minutes on the problem and 5 minutes on the solution." Albert Einstein

As part of this workshop series, in the first session on Thursday, November 21, 2024, you’ll learn about qualitative market analysis methods, among other things, that can help you generate ideas for developing innovative business concepts. You’ll also apply methods and tools to examine a problem from the customer’s perspective and identify real pain points, motivations, and desires.

With this newly gained customer perspective, you’ll be able to quickly implement prototyping ideas during the second workshop on Friday, November 22, 2024, and test them directly for customer response.

With this workshop series, we aim to offer you the opportunity to further develop your business idea and thereby improve your chances of securing startup funding such as the InnoStartBonus, a technology startup grant, or an EXIST startup grant.

This workshop series on business idea development is organized in collaboration with the Dresden Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK Dresden), the Dresden Chamber of Crafts, and partners from the Saxon support network.
