Why does collaboration often feel tough? Whether we're studying, starting a business or working as a lecturer: We often quickly realize that things are stuck - but rarely why.
In this session with Vanilla Mind - known from Spiegel Online, NDR and Business Insider, among others - you will learn about three simple factors that you can use to immediately diagnose where things are stuck. It's often not a lack of knowledge, but the fact that the way we work or learn doesn't match our needs.
We usually try to solve problems by focusing on what we are not yet able to do. We work on our deficits. This may work in the short term, but it almost always has negative connotations and costs an incredible amount of energy.
Sign up and discover how to build collaboration in a way that re-energizes instead of drains!
Behind Vanilla Mind are Timon and Melina Royer. Both are certified systemic coaches and work with the self-employed, specialists and managers. They have already encouraged thousands of people to shape their work in a way that suits their nature and gives them well-being, freedom and energy.
Their mission: Be successful as yourself!
Most "success strategies" do not promote people with their individual strengths, needs and values, but are rather designed to make us as functional as possible.
Reticent people in particular tend to unconsciously adapt to extraverted standards.
Timon and Melina don't want to accept this and have therefore founded Vanilla Mind. As hosts of the successful YouTube podcast Still & Stark, we want to convey a new, unshakeable self-confidence: "Success doesn't have to be loud!"
