What drives you? You may have asked yourself this question before. Finding the answer to this is often not so easy, but it is extremely important, especially for companies. In addition to your values, your purpose provides you with a clear compass for all the decisions you have to make in your company. The clearer your "why" is defined, the easier it will be for you to make difficult decisions.
In this practical workshop, you will therefore explore your inner drive for yourself and your company with the help of your values and principles and other guiding questions.
In the workshop, you will receive input on selected methods. Afterwards, you can work independently on your "why"/purpose with the help of various worksheets that will be provided to you. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have by email.
