Have you ever wondered why some tasks come extremely easily to you, while you struggle immensely with others? The answer lies in your personal character strengths. They shape your personality, your soft skills, and how you overcome challenges.

But often, we aren’t even fully aware of our own superpowers. That’s exactly where we come in. In this workshop, you’ll get to know yourself in a whole new way through the world of the scientifically grounded VIA Character Strengths.

Your character strengths are your most valuable personal resource. Understanding them and using them strategically will help you:

• Achieve your personal and professional goals more easily,
• Handle challenges in everyday (business) life with greater composure,
• Build positive relationships within your team, in your studies, or at work.

Studies show that people who know their character strengths well and use them in their daily lives are up to 18 times more likely to “thrive”—they’re happier, more resilient, and more successful in what they do.

Workshop Structure

The workshop combines a group introduction with individual guidance afterward:

1. The Group Kickoff (Input Session): We’ll introduce you to the world of the 24 universal character strengths, and you’ll receive exclusive access to the official online strengths assessment (duration: approx. 10 minutes), which you can then complete at your own pace.
2. Your Individual Strengths Coaching: After the test, we’ll schedule a one-hour one-on-one session. Together, we’ll review your results, discuss your individual strengths profile, and explore how you can apply it directly in your daily life.

The session (excluding the Q&A) will be recorded and will be available for 3 days afterward.
The recording will be sent only to registered workshop participants so they can review the content afterward. As long as you keep your camera and microphone off, you will neither be heard nor seen in the recording.
