Here's what you can expect

Do you already have a clear picture in mind of the people your offering is intended for? At first glance, it often seems easier to keep your target audience as vague as possible so as not to exclude anyone. In practice, however, this often results in your message getting lost in the daily noise and coming across as arbitrary.

A good target audience isn’t just “anyone”—it’s the people you truly enjoy working with. The better you know them, the more targeted and natural your approach can be.

In this workshop, we’ll connect your own profile with the lived experiences of your target audience. Instead of poring over abstract theories, we’ll tackle the topic step by step:

  • Looking inward: A coherent concept starts with you. We’ll examine your past milestones and values to lay the foundation for your own compass.
  • Looking outward: We’ll create concrete profiles of your ideal customers (personas) and place them within real-life contexts. This will help you better understand what truly motivates them and what their needs are.
  • The Customer Journey: We mentally guide your target audience from the initial recognition of a problem all the way to the decision. This gives you guidance on decision-making paths, key touchpoints, and ideas for your communication.

In the workshop, you’ll receive input on selected methods. Afterward, you can work on your target audience independently and at your own pace using the provided worksheets.

This workshop will be recorded and will be available for 3 days afterward.
