Understanding What Makes You Who You Are: Biographical Work and Values as a Foundation

Anyone who wants to launch their own business, project, or offering often faces the question: What actually makes me and my venture unique? A solid foundation rarely emerges from a drawing board or by copying others. It springs from your own story, your experiences, and the values that drive you at your core.

In this hands-on workshop, we’ll deliberately turn our attention inward. Instead of poring over abstract theories, you’ll develop, step by step, your own personal compass to guide your future decisions:

• Reflecting on your life story: We’ll examine the most important stages, turning points, and milestones in your life. This will help you identify which experiences have shaped you and what makes your outlook truly unique.
• Discovering Your Core Values: Using structured methods, you’ll filter out your 3 to 4 core values from a wide range of traits. These values form the solid foundation for your actions, your attitude, and what you offer.
• Utilizing Genuine Feedback: You’ll learn how to gain insight into your unconscious strengths and talents from an outside perspective by seeking targeted feedback.
• Your Own Filter: As a final step in the process, you’ll create your own filters. These will help you make decisions about the design, communication, and direction of your project much more easily and coherently in the future.

During the workshop, you’ll receive guidance on selected methods. Afterward, you can use the provided worksheets to work on your biography and values independently and at your own pace.
