Environmental influences can have a detrimental effect on mental and physical well-being, including stress, an unbalanced diet and physical and mental strain. On this day, we will address these challenges with joint presentations and activities, with a particular focus on the area of healthy working.
A new survey on the topic of "Measuring psychosocial factors in the workplace" will also be presented at this event. In addition, the findings from a qualitative survey of university employees, conducted by our WGm22 students, will be presented. These provide valuable insights and offer starting points for further measures to improve working conditions.
Two exciting seminars on "Stress management and resilience in the workplace" and "Relaxed vision at the screen" round off the day and offer the opportunity for active participation. Expert knowledge will be imparted here to ensure practical insights into the topics.
