Have you ever asked yourself why you are the way you are? Why some things are extremely easy for you and you find other things incredibly difficult?
The simple answer is: because of your strengths. But of course it's not that simple. And that's exactly why it's worth taking a closer look at your strengths - so that you can use them in a targeted way and turn them to your advantage.
In this workshop, you will get to know the world of VIA character strengths.
The VIA character strengths are positive traits that are present in every person to varying degrees and shape the way we think, feel and act. Based on scientific findings from positive psychology, 24 universal character strengths have been identified - including creativity, perseverance, gratitude, empathy and humor. They count as personal resources that can strengthen well-being, resilience, performance and relationship skills.
Focusing on your own character strengths helps you to get to know yourself better and also promotes a fulfilling, authentic life. Recognizing, appreciating and making targeted use of your individual VIA strengths makes it easier to implement personal resolutions, overcome challenges and positively shape interpersonal relationships.
The workshop consists of two sessions. In the first session, I will introduce you to the VIA character strengths and give you access to the strengths test. You will then complete the test independently online (approx. 10 minutes). We will then evaluate your results together in an individual meeting.
