Topic & background:
The healthcare sector and companies in the care industry in particular are facing dynamic challenges such as a shortage of skilled workers, digitalization and demographic change. How can companies in the healthcare sector develop innovative solutions to remain successful in the long term? Together with Lausitz Vital, the Institute for Health, Ageing, Work and Technology (GAT), the Faculty of Management and Cultural Sciences at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences and other regional partners are offering a platform for developing sustainable concepts and ideas.
"The secret of success is to understand the other man's point of view and to see things through his eyes." - Henry Ford
We want to promote this way of thinking, characterized by empathy and user-centered approaches, in our future workshop. Companies from the healthcare sector and students from Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences work together in an interdisciplinary and practical way to develop viable and sustainable solutions using innovative methods such as design thinking.
Please register by March 13, 2025 at the latest.
