Courage-Muscle Training

Then our MUT Training is just what you need! In this workshop, we combine aspects of mindful communication and self-care with the methods of action art, and we address political emotions such as anger and powerlessness that many people feel in the face of current political developments. We address issues that make us feel discouraged, powerless, or angry. Using our methods, we then transform these diffuse feelings into concrete artistic actions and interventions.
