As part of International Day, we would like to invite all employees to a workshop that provides inspiration for a conscious and sensitive approach to cultural diversity in everyday university life.
How do we deal with differences in thinking, communicating and acting - and how do we create an environment that promotes openness, respect and understanding?
The workshop offers space for reflection, exchange and practical examples from the international university context. The aim is to strengthen intercultural sensitivity and gain new perspectives - for respectful cooperation at the HSZG.
