Meetup Business Concept Development (online)

In this eight-part series, we’d like to walk through the most important steps in developing a business plan together with you.

This event is for anyone who has a business idea and wants to create their own business plan or further develop an existing business idea. Whether you’re just getting started or already have concrete plans, we’ll give you the chance to develop and refine your ideas.

Each meetup lasts about 3 hours and consists of a theoretical section as well as practical exercises. We’ll cover the following topics:

• Defining customer value and the target audience
• Analyzing the market and the competition
• Developing a product or service offering
• Developing a marketing plan
• Creating a business plan
• Development of an implementation roadmap
• Preparation of a financial plan
• Presentation techniques

Our experienced instructors and mentors are here to answer your questions and provide you with valuable tips and feedback.

• May 25, 2023, 5:00–9:00 p.m. – Idea Slam at HTW Dresden
• June 6, 2023, 2:30–6:00 p.m. – Cost Calculation and Financial Planning
• June 8, 2023, 2:30–9:00 p.m. – Financing and grants at the “Business Startups and Start-Ups” networking event at Lake Berzdorf
• June 13, 2023, 2:30–4:00 p.m. – Finalizing the Financial Plan
• June 20, 2023, 2:30–4:00 p.m. – Finalizing the business plan / business concept
• June 30, 2023 – Submission to the Lausitz Startup Competition (LEX)
