The Makerspace has a variety of equipment and tools to help you bring your own ideas to life. In this course, you’ll learn how to use the laser cutter. You’ll discover the possibilities, the requirements you need to meet, and the limitations. You’ll learn to create jewelry, pendants, and decorations. Materials available include acrylic and wood, among others.

Come by, listen, join in, and try out your own idea!

Information About the Makerspace

The first events are taking place at the university’s makerspace. We’re looking for students, high school students, and university staff who would like to get involved in organizing activities and providing support for the makerspace.
