Makerspace: Laser Cutter Workshop

The first events are taking place at the university’s makerspace. We’re looking for students, high school students, and members of the university community who would like to get involved in organizing activities and providing support for the makerspace.

Past and future events include:

• Soldering jewelry
• Getting to Know Arduino
• Papercraft
• Making Easter decorations based on regional traditions
• Getting to Know the Laser Cutter
• Getting Started with 3D Printing
• First Steps in Python
• Controlling measuring devices with Python

We’re looking for people to present their own topics for high school and college students! In particular, for example:

• Python
• GeoGebra
• LaTeX
• Your topic from biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, electrical engineering, natural sciences, chemistry, art, or …
