Reference management with Citavi

As part of the University Library’s series of events for the summer semester of 2024, we cordially invite you to an introduction to the reference management software Citavi. The online training session will be led by Cornelia Müller, a staff member and doctoral candidate in faculty S.

Citavi is a reference management software that can assist you with a wide variety of tasks. With it, you can not only manage—or organize—various types of sources (books, newspaper articles, e-books, interviews, laws, etc.). The software also helps you maintain an overview when it comes to writing comments on texts, noting down quotes, and jotting down ideas. You can insert this material into your writing project (short academic paper, final dissertation) with just a few clicks—using the correct citation style and including the complete bibliography.
You’ll learn how to do this and what you need for it during the introductory session.
