AI agents open up new possibilities for preparing classes / courses, developing materials, and automating repetitive tasks. The discussion will focus on how such systems can be meaningfully integrated into course preparation, which tasks are suitable for agent-based support, and where the subject-matter, pedagogical, or technical limitations lie.
Stefan Müller, an AI expert and lecturer in higher education pedagogy at West Saxon University of Applied Sciences in Zwickau, will provide insights into practical applications and discuss experiences, potential, and open questions with the participants.
About the “HSZG Teaching Exchange” Format
The “HSZG Teaching Exchange” is a cross-faculty / trans-faculty online format for faculty and staff at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences. In 45 minutes, it combines a brief presentation on teaching practice with collegial exchange and discussion. The goal is to address current developments in university teaching and media-based teaching, highlight experiences, and gain concrete ideas for one’s own teaching.
