Innovakeln final workshop: "Reaping what we have sown"

After two exciting follow-up workshops, the "Innovakeln" event series is entering its third and final round. Under the motto "Reaping what we have sown together", the format invites you to bring together experiences, findings and open questions from a
innovation dialog lasting several months. The focus is on a "three-episode finale" that links the various dimensions of regional innovation processes:

1. analytical harvest - from the "state after" to the efforts of an innovative development history
The initial thesis from February 2025 is updated and key findings are presented, jointly reflected on and further developed.

2. creative harvest - the joy of the unfinished!
Building on initial experiences with new transfer formats and methods, we will discuss why the unfinished can be productive and how openness opens up new development paths.

3. social harvest - recognizing networks
As a degree, the connections, networks and interdependencies that have emerged in the course of the
innovation field dialogue will be made visible. At the same time, participants are invited to contribute personal impressions, objects or symbols that reflect the individual innovation path.

In addition, the question of how complex processes and ideas
can be presented in a vivid way is addressed under the keyword "demonstrator" - a topic that has accompanied the entire course of the project.

The final workshop honors the contributions of all participants who helped shape the Innovakeln project and made it a special joint experiment in research and storytelling.
