Impulse workshop on business model innovations and storytelling

From Business Idea to Business Model. The business model is the foundation of a successful business concept. During this workshop, you’ll develop and refine your business model and craft your pitch.

What value proposition do I offer to which target audience? What do I do myself? What do I outsource? These are the core questions of a business model and an important starting point for financial planning. In the first part, you’ll learn about aspects of business model development using your business idea and the “Business Model Canvas” method. Among other things, this involves analyzing the value creation processes of a business idea, developing revenue mechanisms, and conducting a resource analysis. When starting a business, important tax considerations must also be taken into account. Tax consultant Rita Strauß will provide insight into this.

Successful business model innovation challenges the logic of the industry. To attract partners and investors, these innovations must be clearly articulated. In the second part of the workshop, you’ll further develop your business model and innovate it using successful business model templates. Finally, you’ll pitch and reflect on your business model creation with experienced mentors. Mandy Markert, an experienced staff member at the Dresden Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK Dresden), will begin the day by providing an overview of current financing and funding opportunities.

In the second part of the workshop, you’ll further develop your business model and innovate it using the 55 most successful business model patterns. Finally, you’ll pitch and reflect on your business model creation with experienced mentors, because “Something is innovative when the market cheers!”
