The workshop will be led by Dr. Jörg Smolinski, an experienced associate at Kailuweit & Uhlemann | Patentanwälte Partnerschaft mbB.
The aim is to provide participants with in-depth insights into the various aspects of intellectual property. Both the basics of the patent system and advanced strategies for the optimal protection of innovations will be presented.
The workshop will cover topics such as the requirements for applying for a patent, the patent application process, the importance of intellectual property rights for business development and tips on how to avoid mistakes when applying.
