Industrial property rights - patent protection & trademark law

How can ideas, innovations and brands be effectively protected? This question is the focus of our half-day workshop at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences. The combined event brings together the topics of two proven formats on industrial property rights: patent protection and trademark law.

In the first part, experts will provide a practical insight into patent law - from the requirements and the application process to international protection options. The second part is all about trademark law - an essential instrument for securing brand identity and recognition on the market.

The program will be supplemented by practical examples and an interactive discussion round with room for individual questions.
