Industrial property rights - patent protection & trademark law

In this event you will learn how to sustainably secure innovative ideas and your brand.

Begin 18. June 2025 - 14:00 Uhr
End 18. June 2025 - 17:00 Uhr

How can ideas, innovations, and trademarks be effectively protected? This question is the focus of our half-day workshop at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences. This combined event brings together the topics of two proven formats on intellectual property rights: patent protection and trademark law.

In the first part, experts will provide practical insights into patent law—from the requirements and the application process to international protection options. The second part focuses entirely on trademark law—an essential tool for safeguarding brand identity and recognition in the marketplace.

The program is complemented by real-world examples and an interactive discussion session with time for individual questions.
