Innovative ideas secure a competitive edge or form the basis for start-ups.
- But what options are there to protect these innovative ideas in the long term and create a solid foundation for further business development?
- What opportunities and risks do IP rights offer and how can effective protection be guaranteed?
- What rights and obligations exist when generating service inventions?
These and other questions are the topics of the "Patent Law" seminar. The focus here is on the classification of inventions and their application in business practice. In addition, the basics of property rights strategy are taught.
